We are seeking feedback on design concepts that aim to engage team members in their role through recognition of their efforts and their goals using rewards, quests and challenges. If you are working in IT and have time to provide your feedback, we want to talk to you! We are looking for anyone who may work in the IT Service Desk as Manager or Support Analyst or if you work in IT Service Management.

Dates and commitment:
- Join us for a 60-minute interview via Zoom with our lead researcher sometime between mid-February and mid-March. No preparation necessary. Just come!
