We are seeking feedback on design concepts that aim to help team members efficiently manage the work assigned by their managers. If you are working in IT and have time to provide your feedback, we want to talk to you!
We are looking for analysts who work in the IT Service Desk or IT Operations field, or if you work in IT Service Management or IT Operations Management.

- Research dates are from now – mid July
- 1:1 60-minute feedback session via Zoom
- No preparation necessary. Just come!
