Well, that time is upon us again! Knowledge!!!! Whoop!
Okay, now that the fan-fare is over, let me talk about a great CreatorCon session I will be involved with (for those of you that are interested of course ).
This year I will be co-presenting a session on Advanced Service Mapping with Sarah Reinhart (sarahbr).
Tuesday, May 9th, 3:50 PM - 5:50 PM ET
Room W207 ABC (Level II, OCCC)
Sarah wrote up the content to this lab/course. She is, in my book, the current defacto expert on Service Mapping (she has contributed patterns to the upcoming Jakarta, Kingston releases).
I will warn you right now: This is NOT a beginner Service Mapping class! What Sarah and I will be presenting is for those of you who want to take your Service Mapping knowledge to the next level!
Hurry, there are still openings, and the course is filling up fast! Hope to see you in class!
Class Agenda:

- Service Mapping Governance (how Governance supports Service Mapping)
- Service Mapping Process
- Best Practices with Service Mapping & Patterns <- Sarah is the absolute expert here!
- Creating and Using a Pattern Library
- Advanced Debugging Tips and Techniques <- Sarah actually demonstrates techniques such as editing the pattern scripts!
