How did I get that started?
I began my journey hands-on, building and configuring solutions across multiple implementations. As I moved into architecture roles, I noticed recurring design challenges and governance gaps that teams struggled with. Sharing lessons learned from real projects became a natural way to support others navigating similar complexities.
Why do I keep sharing? How many times have I been named a ServiceNow MVP?
I share because strong architecture decisions elevate the entire ecosystem, not just a single implementation.
