I stumbled into the ServiceNow universe in early 2020, honestly out of economic necessity. What started as a practical move quickly turned into something much bigger. I found myself genuinely fascinated by platform architecture, knowledge sharing, and the power of a strong community.

From the very beginning, the MVP program caught my attention. It set a benchmark for the kind of contribution I wanted to make, answering community questions, writing technical articles, and sharing practical insights from real projects. Being recognized as a ServiceNow MVP for the fifth consecutive year is an honor I carry with both pride and responsibility.

My biggest and most personal project since the beginning has been the library Knowledge Sources to Go. It began as a simple idea: collect useful ServiceNow resources in one structured place so people do not have to spend hours searching. Over time, it evolved into a curated link hub that many in the ecosystem now use as a starting point when they need guidance or inspiration.

About a year ago, I took that knowledge sharing mindset to YouTube together with my fellow MVPs Ivan and Ola. On our channel, ServiceNow Expeditions, we dive into the platform’s deeper layers and tackle topics that often feel overwhelming at first. We try to explain complex subjects in a practical and accessible way, and share insights you usually only get after years of project experience.

Mentoring is another important part of my journey. I truly believe that giving back is what keeps a community strong. That is why I offer free one-to-one mentoring sessions, creating space for honest conversations about careers, architecture, and personal growth within the ServiceNow world.
