As you may know, we've been playing catch-up documenting our APIs. This is some of the most difficult documentation to create, not just for us but for anyone doing what we do. Right now I need to take a minute to highlight some significant achievements in API doc.

This new documentation is a team effort. But a special acknowledgement needs to go out to our technical writer Neola Mace for her persistence and ability. I really hope all Service-now users find value in this documentation.
