My first impressions of the new ServiceNow Store experience
The ServiceNow Store has had a fresh new look — and I have to say, I’m really liking the changes.
I’ll admit, I’ve got a bit of a soft spot for the Store, having spent a few years working alongside ISV partners and seeing first-hand how much great content and capability is out there. So when I noticed the refresh, I was curious to see how it landed.
What’s changed?
The new design feels much more modern and much more in line with the main servicenow.com site. It’s cleaner, quicker, and just easier to navigate. Whether you're hunting for a specific app or just browsing for ideas, the experience now feels a lot smoother and more intuitive.
It’s great to see continued investment in the ecosystem and in making it easier for customers to find and deploy solutions.
A quick shoutout
And while I had nothing to do with the refresh itself, I want to give a well-deserved shoutout to the Store team — I know these things take a lot of effort behind the scenes, and it’s paid off.
