Cloud Management connectors for Google Cloud, IBM Cloud and Terraform
As cloud adoption and expansion in our enterprise customers continues to grow at a rapid clip, the demand for various technology extensions to cloud management has also increased. We are pleased to announce release of three new connectors for the ITOM Cloud Management application.

For Cloud Management, this is the first release of its kind through the ServiceNow Store. Releasing content “out-of-band” via the store enables us to evolve functionality without having to wait for the next family release cycle. Customers and partners can take advantage of the store apps immediately as long as they are on the specific baseline version of the family release. In the future, we plan to continue to release new functionality at a bi-monthly cadence.
Introduction to Cloud Management
ITOM Cloud Management accelerates provisioning of public and private cloud infrastructure and managed services, while providing consistent management of cloud resources and business services across public clouds and on-prem environments.
The store apps we are announcing today enable integration with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and IBM Cloud. The GCP and IBM Cloud release extends our existing Cloud Management support of AWS and Azure public clouds along with VMware vSphere. These integrations provides customers with a single, easy-to-use view into their resources and business services on Google and IBM clouds, so operators can effectively manage these services and enhance service delivery.
GCP and IBM Cloud represent the next set of hyper-scale cloud providers that our customers and partners have requested. Terraform is one of the heavily used multi-cloud "infrastructure as code" templates by our customer base.
Current implementation of Terraform connector (version 1) provides a provisioning path into IBM Cloud. We will be introducing support for VMware vSphere and other public clouds in the future versions of the connector.
