As you may have seen, our own 'MB' laid out a great blog post today on adding custom filters to a reference field lookup. We have more than a few great bloggers here at Service-now publishing useful content on a regular basis. Additionally, we get a lot of great posts that provide great solutions to common - and not-so-common - questions.

Recently I turned on a ratings module on the Community platform. Using a ratings system on a regular basis will help us create better content and will flag usable content for other Community members. It will help this Community grow faster if we could all take a second to use the Five-star ratings function.

For blogs the ratings are Poor, Okay, Good, Great, and Awesome.

For Forum posts, the ratings are 1 to 4 stars with the fifth star being "Problem Solved."
