A three-day course that summarizes fundamental platform features by describing the ServiceNow user interface, providing a summary of the database schema, demonstrating uses for commonly accessed applications, and introducing advanced functionality, such as scripting and application development.
Private Live Class
Host a private ServiceNow Fundamentals instructor-led 3-day course, on-site or online exclusively for your employees.
On Demand Class
This free course runs 13 hours in duration and is made up of instructor videos, hands-on activities, guided tours of the Now Platform, and knowledge checks to test your understanding of the content.
