Three of the nine customer break out speakers are:
- Anthony Lamoureaux who will talk of IT transformation and beyond at Gatwick Airport in the Consolidation & Automation track — saving 15% of IT Opex costs for the next seven years is no mean feat.
- Anoop Malkani, of BSkyB, who will talk "Automation, Automation, Automation — it's a matter of survival" in the Consumerization & Self-Service track.
- Rawden Everden, of MAN Investments, who will talk of "Server Lifecycle Management — extending CMDB usage to improve efficiency."
