Please note that all content and questions posted between September 22 and October 2, 2022, will be permanently archived on October 2nd.
Why? The ServiceNow Community is relaunching on October 2, 2022, with exciting upgrades to give you a better user experience.
- Due to the work necessary to launch our new Community experience, we will need to perform scheduled maintenance during this period. Unfortunately, the content posted during this period will be lost. We encourage you to save your content and questions on your computer and resubmit them after the new community experience launches, if you wish.
- To minimize disruption, we have opted to keep the community running as we prepare to launch the new community experience. Because of this, other than the data loss issue mentioned above, we expect minimal disruption! You will be able to login and engage with the community throughout this period.
The refreshed site will come with enhanced features, an improved layout, and more customized experience. Please stay tuned; we’ll provide additional details and tutorials on October 2.
