Starting today, new ServiceNow Express customers on Istanbul, or existing customers who are upgraded to Istanbul over next several weeks, will be able to improve service quality and reduce time to resolution with Certified Integrations, available exclusively on the ServiceNow Store.
Express Certified Integrations simplify and accelerate integrations, enabling customers to get to value faster with no development or testing required - just install and start using immediately.
At Istanbul market launch, there are five certified integrations available from leading ISVs for:
- Service & Help desk (Bomgar)
- Incident Management (PagerDuty)
- Software Asset Management (Snow Software)
- Application Lifecycle Management (OpsHub)
- Data Replication (Perspectium)
All are developed and supported by Technology Partners and certified by ServiceNow for integration best practices and platform compatibility, security, and performance. Just click the GET button on the Store, login with your HI credentials, and voila - the integration is immediately available for installation on your Express instance in System Applications->Applications in the Downloads tab. And the Store provides notifications and 1-click upgrades when a Technology Partner publishes a new version.
