This video introduces some of the communication features available in ServiceNow and explains how employees across your organization can use them to collaborate. For example, live chat provides a direct conduit between your department and the customers you serve. Service representatives can create incidents directly from a chat session, and the system automatically populates the incident form with the information from the chat.
