Since launching the ServiceNow Store on April 21st, we've had a lot of interest and activity from customers. ServiceNow customers interested in leveraging their ServiceNow environment for custom applications and/or for integrations with other third party applications have found the ServiceNow Store invaluable as the first place to look for solutions to their needs.
In addition, many of the applications and integrations are FREE while others are available for a FREE trial. Who doesn't like FREE???
The ServiceNow Store is loaded with apps from ServiceNow Technology Partners. Here are a few apps that customers have found interesting:
- A "Splunk Integration" App which enables faster problem analysis and resolution by integrating with the ServiceNow Event Manager to generate meaningful events and incidents into the ServiceNow platform.
- The Cloud Sherpas Legal Services app which provides advanced functionality to automate unique legal workflows such as research requests, management of library requests, document processing and resource tracking integration.
- A Bomgar integration which delivers automatic updates of ServiceNow incidents and change requests with details from each Bomgar remote support session, including links to session recordings, file transfer details, work notes, system information and post-session survey results.
As we continue to build out our ServiceNow Store offerings, we hope to include an even wider variety of applications and integrations for customers to use.
