We are looking for people to join a 90-minute remote feedback session to gather your feedback on ServiceNow web embeddables. Web embeddables are new ServiceNow capabilities that can be implemented on 3rd party websites for customer service. We are running a study to validate the designs with you.
We are looking to speak to roles who manage the overall customer experience of the third-party websites. The study will run from January 2nd – January 12th 2024.
Participants who qualify for and complete sessions may earn a thank you gift of up to $175 or a swag for their time, if permissible by your company policy.
