I've been tasked (by myself) to make our SNC instance more sharepoint friendly - new ticket via RSS to sharepoint, knowledge management integration, and using sharepoint as a portal to self-service for users (mainly because Service Now is a "too many clicks" to self-service solution for a wiki/blog/twitter world.
