Hello ServiceNow Community,
I am Srinija Amisthapur, and my core niche area is ITOM. What do I create? I create practical content that helps the ServiceNow community maximize the value of ITOM and build better platform solutions. My contributions include ITOM tips and tricks, design-thinking frameworks for developers, solution architecture insights, and knowledge-sharing posts across the ServiceNow Community, Share website and LinkedIn:

How did I get started?
My journey began 10 years ago after completing my ServiceNow Admin and Developer certifications. When I was assigned a Service Mapping project, I had limited experience in this area, so I learned through hands-on implementation and Glenn Pinto’s Service Mapping official self-paced course on ServiceNow. I didn’t pass my first Service Mapping certification attempt in 2018, but after reviewing my mistakes, I passed on the second try within the next 30 days — an experience that taught me persistence and continuous learning are key to mastering new technologies.
From my early certifications to completing 6 ServiceNow certifications and becoming a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect in 2023, my journey has been about continuous learning and taking ownership of my growth. I believe in taking the driver’s seat of my career, and I’m honored to now be part of the ServiceNow CTA Alumni community.
Why do I keep sharing?
The ServiceNow Community has played a huge role in my growth, and sharing knowledge is my way of giving back and helping others learn from my experiences. I’m honored to be named a ServiceNow MVP for the first time in 2026, and I look forward to continuing to contribute and support the global community.
Please feel free to reach out to me on LinkedIn if you need any help or would like to connect.
