We want your feedback! ServiceNow has been experimenting with a pilot program to get your questions answered quicker and more effectively by posting them from HI to the community. That means what would be considered a Priority-4 incident in HI gets routed to the community to call upon the 50,000 members here for help.
Assuming you're a member of our pilot program, have you had an opportunity to try the new HI to Community question-posting feature? Leave a comment on this post answering the following questions with as much detail as possible:
- Was the process of posting your questions from HI to the community seamless?
- How satisfied were you with the speed, accuracy, and completeness of responses to your questions that were posted to the community from HI?
- How valuable were the responses given to you?
- Is this experience better or worse than you thought it would be?
- Where do you think ServiceNow can make improvements to this process? e.g. how questions are posted, notifications, user experience, response time, etc.
- What parts of the experience, if any, were you confused about? Once your question was posted to the community, how easy was it to stay up to date on the progress of your question being answered?
- Did you find the program documentation accessible, clear, and detailed enough?
Details of the pilot program can be found here: HI questions are now on the Community
