Following up with my last entry, http://community.service-now.com/blog/markodonnell/road-full-fledged-cms-course, I just updated the existing doc that explained the Employee Self-service Portal (ESS Portal), which is the out of box demo template within the Content Management System. In summary the ESS Portal is a great reference tool for anyone who is interested in site building.
