Have you met your customer administrator? They are a good person to know. All ServiceNow customers identify at least one customer administrator for their organization. Customer administrators create and manage users on HI, the ServiceNow Customer Service System at hi.service-now.com. If you use HI to log incidents, request enhancements, or interact with ServiceNow, your customer administrator can be very helpful.

 

Customer administrators can:

  • Create new users on HI.
  • Grant access to HI.
  • Update user information.
  • Change company contact information.

 

Customer administrators can also help you with password issues. (Tip, you can reset your password yourself!) For HI issues, first identify your customer administrator and then contact them for expert assistance.
