I am trying to restore my Twilio campaign that sends P1 alert texts to our staff. It was working, and now it requires an additional approval for A2P 10DLC new requirements.
Our A2P 10DLC campaign approval is held up with little-to-no explanation as to why. I have been reviewing the guidelines documented here, but this would require changes to ServiceNow including opt-in checkboxes: A2P 10DLC Campaign Onboarding Guide - Twilio Help Center.
I have re-submitted several times, and I only receive the following error message:
I am curious if anyone else has run into this, and how they are addressing.
A2P 10DLC (“Application‑to‑Person 10‑Digit Long Code”) is a U.S. carrier‑enforced regulatory framework (aligned with FCC rules, TCPA law, and CTIA guidelines) governing how businesses send SMS/MMS messages to protect consumers by reducing spam and fraud, verifying legitimate businesses, and improving message deliverability.
