Unable to locate source/configuration of "Mark Published" and "Unpublish" buttons in SOW

Hi everyone,

I’m currently working on Service Operations Workspace (SoW) and I need help identifying where the following buttons are configured:

• Mark Published
• Unpublish

These are located under the Post Incident Report tab.

What I’ve tried so far

• Checked UI Actions (sys_ui_action)
• Checked Declarative Actions
• Searched using the component ID:

  4d86ybbs78du-4573-mark_published

• Also tried searching related records in the instance, but no results

Question

I would like to ask where I can find:

1. The source configuration of these buttons
2. Where the visibility condition is defined (e.g., when "Mark Published" vs "Unpublish" appears)
3. Whether these are:
   • Defined in UI Builder (component / event handler)
   • Controlled via client state / data resource
   • Or part of an OOTB hidden/compiled UX component
