Great format!
Is there a way, when I import a spreadsheet, to change the type of fields? Right now, when I import a spreadsheet all the fields are string fields - I would like some of them to be reference fields and choice fields, etc..so when I build the form it gives them choices...thanks

hi @Dave Bourland ,
Thank you for reaching out. Yes, you can. A down arrow on each column will open a menu to edit fields. However there are limitations on which option you can convert to.

Is there a way to get data that is imported into MySheets to populate a table (create a new record or update an existing one? For instance the alm_hardware table?

hi @Allen McRoberts ,
We do not have automation as of now. It is on our roadmap, though. We are aiming at a mid Q3 timeline.

hi @pierrepichot ,
This product overview document on the Innovation lab product page has all the details about the product as does this article and MyForms product page has the product document for the same. Happy to set up a call.
Also you should be able to access the portal for Mysheets at https://<your-instance-name>.com/mysheets?id=mysheets and https://<your-instance-name>.com/nfm for MyForms

We installed my sheets but noticed that no menu navigation is created like it is for my forms. Is this by design or is that coming out in a new update? In my forms there are things like properties, dashboard, etc. Can you provide all the pertinent links and we can manually create it until it is out of the box.

We dint add any modules since no further properties are needed for this app and it was at a portal that the app was accessible. Please use https://<instance-name>.service-now.com/mysheets?id=mysheets to navigate to the dashboard.
Thanks
Krishna

"MySheets" sounds like a promising evolution in spreadsheet management. The ability to layer information, switch between views, and integrate feedback click campaigns via Forms sounds very useful. I'll definitely check out the app in the Innovation Lab. Thanks for sharing this innovation!

Loaded in my DEV instance and it's interesting. Quickly imported a large Excel file used by my company for 250 plus properties.
I would like the ability to have fields reference tables (sys_user for example and cmn_location).
Also the ability to easily have non itil employees view the contents from the portal (SP and future ESC) as they consume information from this spreadsheet but only a hand full of ITIL users update the information, which we now manually ETL to update our Location Records with changes that happen daily/weekly.
Interesting features.

Hi @Abdullah Alshua ,
These apps can be installed only on a SN instance and these can be installed on a prod instance.
Please let me know if you have any further question.

Just getting started with MySheets and it's very promising! I see placeholders for Templates and Automation - any sense of when those features might be coming?

Has anyone tried installing this on Yokohoma? We used this for a while and now trying to reinstall the plugin and it doesnt look to be avaliable in the Application Manager. However, the "MyForms" is avaliable.
