Introducing Now Mobile QR Scan app to enable to log an incident just by scanning the QR Code of an asset or facility or a conference room.
Laptop not working, printer out of paper or spill in the conference room? Simply scan to report an issue or get help using our knowledge bases and catalogs.
Sometimes, the speediness and timeliness of reporting an issue is paramount. An employee no longer has to open the laptop and navigate to the portal to report an issue. With the QR Scan application, it is now simple. Tap, scan and get help.
QR Scan application
- Allows an employee to report an issue by creating an incident using a pre-defined template specific to the item scanned.
- Allows an employee to get help regarding the item scanned with the help of existing knowledge articles.
- Allows an employee to place an order regarding the item scanned using the existing catalogs.
Allows the system administrator to configure targeted actions for specific items. This ensures that the employees have the right set of actions related to the item scanned.

In browser the URL was working fine but in now mobile it was not working

After scanning the QR code it display the URL . Once the URL clicks it will redirect to hardware table list view in now mobile. it will not show any details.

@spandanchakrabo we want to use this feature in the Agent Mobile app.
Could you please confirm if this can be done or do we need to build things by ourselves?
