A lot of different projects have gone via Teiva Systems — ITSM, ITOM, DevOps, IRM / GRC, several non-trivial products and application development on the ServiceNow platform.
Now we are looking for a ServiceNow teacher owning the following required skills:
- Conducted training on various ServiceNow modules (at least two, e.g. ITSM and ITOM), where more than 500 people in total were trained.
- Proven hands-on experience in customer projects for ServiceNow implementation and rollout
- Experienced in preparation and facilitating onsite and online training considering client-specific requirements
- Certifications: CSA, CAD, at least two certifications in the modules where training has been conducted (see above, e.g. CIS ITSM, CIS ITOM)
- Languages: English
As a plus:
- Created reference guide, training documentation and procedures
- Designed and facilitated courses for custom ServiceNow applications
- Certifications: ITIL foundation, Scrum Master
Project description:
- 76 hours
- Lessons 2-3 times per week (from 19:00 up to 21:00 GMT+2) live class (Zoom)
- Small group of 10-15 people
- Language: English
- All materials (presentations and home tasks) are ready
- You would be supported 24/7
You will:
- Teach people how to work with the ServiceNow platform
- Answer students’ questions in a group chat
- Check homework
- Collaborate with our PM to create the best educational service ever
