We've started configuring this SG Meraki integration.
When we try to test the data source "20 records load" it fails with this error:
Error in MerakiGetOrganization - orgStream: API Key missing access to organizations: XXXXXX (here our Organization ID).
Using the same API KEY from Postman, doing all the API calls is working fine. That means, the API KEY it's ok and have enough permissions.
Do you have any idea what is happen?
Thanks,
Ariel
PD: I've created a Meraki and ServiceNow case.
@arielgritti Hope you are not using any mid server. Can you create a rest message and test with get call? It helps to figure out if servicenow can access. Also check if there are batch size restriction, you can set the limit to a minimum value and test the offset limit causing issue or restricted.
This issue is resolved. It was an API KEY issue.
Thanks for your feedback.
