Hi Team,
We have rolled out multiple agents to different Linux and Windows servers. However few of those servers have been decommissioned later on and subsequently 'status' of agents installed on those servers are showing as 'Down' within ServiceNow 'sn_agent_cmdb_ci_agent' table.
Could anyone please let me if I can delete those records from 'sn_agent_cmdb_ci_agent' table ?

if the servers are decommissioned, yes you can just delete the agents.
There is a OOB property as well which we will remove the 'down' agents if they are not updated/refreshed in last 30 days.
