CI maintanance window to supress alerts

Hi All,

I have a requirement where i need to supress the alerts during the change window 

I have found the event table and also added the CI but that seems not to be working 

em_impact_maint_ci_list

any idea?

Have you ensured to follow the different steps for event/alerts to be suppressed? Create maintenance rules (servicenow.com)
