Discovery broken configuration items - Most recent discovery

Hi , 

 

If any CI is broken and not discovered more than 30 days for that CI is SN will create auto Incident to respective CI support group?

Is anyone worked on most recent discovery broke cis and for those auto incident creation from SN it self? If yes - want to understand the flow and design about this.

Instead of creating incident you can use the oob way with the help of CI staleness metrics. You can read more about that in here.
