Hi all,
When maintenance is true on alert record it is not creating the incident.
but when maintenance is set to true on already closed alert record with attached incident.
will it reopen incident when alert reopens? I think it should not.
any possibility why this is happening or how we can stop alert which is in maintenance stop it from reopening related task(incident).
