Populate the incident worknotes with the secondry alert description.

Hi Team,

 

I need to populate the secondary alert description field on the incident worknotes, which created by the primary alert.

Or 

Create a related list tab in the incident form for all the secondary alert , Incident creation is valid only for primary.

 

Kindly help me with the steps and query.
