Hello experts,
I am trying to get the 'last scan' field on
Aix Server > Related tables > Software installation > last scanned.
But its not populating, The 'discovery source' is only 'ServiceNow discovery' for all AIX and Windows servers currently.
Please suggest how can I get it.
Tried to achieve it via business rule on cmdb_sam_sw_install table
current.last.scanned = current.sys_updated_on;
but not succeed.
help on this, please

Hi @Ashupakasma ,
Can you please confirm, is this for some classes or some record on software installation or the issue with all record.
As per my understating this is due to pattern which is picking the information for related items for specific table or record, Check once.

Hi @AJ-TechTrek ,
Thanks for your quick response. As of now I am facing this issue with AIX and windows server class, I have seen almost 90% CIs are not having this field to be populated.
even I have checked the pattern steps also(windows/Aix) but not find specific related to 'Installed software' or 'last_scanned'.
Can you please help on this, please

Hi @Ashupakasma ,
Please check the discovery process for that particular class as well as update the discovery and service mapping pattern from Plugin in ServiceNow. I hope this will help to resolve your issue.
