Receiving a servicemap error and not, not sure how to resolve. CmdbRuntimeException

We have a number of SiteIDs in the CMDB and when we try and access the service map for these CIs, this error is displayed on the service map screen,  "Error on server request getMap. System error has occurred, exception is: CmdbRuntimeException : Internal Error: expected record 'SYSID' is missing from table 'svc_model_obj_service'".
 
Has anyone else come across this error? Not sure how to resolve.
