Hi Everyone,
Im trying to receive syslog events in ServiceNow events table. previously I have configured SNMP traps on MID Server, thought this would be same, but unfortunately its not, and Iam unable to find any document or resources for this.
the other team has setup syslog configuration(no other integration possible) on 514 port with IP address of a midserver in same location.
can someone please help out on steps to receive events, or any related documentation would help a lot.
