Service Graph Connector for SCCM Computer imports change case

I do not see a convenient option to change the case of the computer name that is imported from SCCM to lower case.   Everything else that is importing into ServiceNow is being converted to lowercase.     Discovery properties are set to lowercase.

 

Since this is not a discovery but an import that rule does not apply. I think..     I do not see an option to change the case in the setup for the connector.     I have gone through the docs and do not see that option mentioned.

Hi @Michael Lineba2 ,

 

You can refer the ETL Integration hub and check for the mapping for Computer name field, There you can write a script to populate names in Caps letter to whatever you want.
