Hi All,
We have configured few SNMP network discovery schedules. Observed the error 'Sensor error while processing SNMP - Classify'.
Could you please help me how we can fix this error. Thanks in advance!
Best Regards,
Ganesh

Hi,
It seems like one of the expected data values used in the classification is coming back empty. It's not clear from the screenshot which one it is, though. Do you happen to have some unclassified CIs (I'm guessing maybe routers in this case) that are missing some data?

@Ganeshm1 Well, in [syslog] you will see just an error. Please provide discovery log related to the CI, which has that error.

Missing SNMP Response, i cant figure out just by image but i can give you bit of steps buddy:
1. Check if the device has SNMP enabled and configured properly.
Use snmpwalk from the MID Server to verify --- ( snmpwalk -v 2c -c <community_string> <device_IP> )
2. if still there was no response received then check firewall rules and SNMP settings. ( like v1 or v3)
If the issue persists, let me know what SNMP version and device type you're working with...
