TWS integration with Service Now Event Management module to generate events in ServiceNow

Hi ... 

I am looking for a better approach to implement an integration mechanism between TWS - Tivoli workload scheduler and Event Management in Service Now. I don't see any OOTB connector and also relevant plugin that will reduce the complexity in the integration. Can anyone please advise what would be a better approach on this.

 

I would want to suggest the client to come up with some email notifications so that I can create inbound actions and create events and incidents but not very sure if TWS is capable of sending of email notifications for job failures.

 

Also does TWS support any API? if so, will this work for EM integration? I believe we end up creating a Scripted API or any transformation script if this works, please help me understand the same.

Hi Praveen

I'm currently working on the same.

DWC (Dynamic Workload Console) has a plugin for SN incidents but nothing for Event Management.

Did you manage to find a working solution for integration of TWS with Event Management in Service Now?

Any help would be much appreciated.
