Unable to see Name with Mail on reference field of Service Portal Catalog Item

 

It is not working for all catalog item reference field where only E mail is shown and previously Name with Email was seen which we are unable to see now.

 

Please guide and confirm.

@VIKASM535239375 You need to use the ref_ac_columns variable attribute in your Variable attribute field on the variable form.

 

Here are the details about this variable attribute.

 

ref_ac_columns Specifies the columns with display values that appear in an auto-completion list in addition to the name. Separate column names with a semicolon. For example, ref_ac_columns=user_name;email;sys_created_on allows auto-complete to match text from the user_name, email, and sys_created_on columns.

Applicable variables: Reference, Requested For.

We had many Users Email blank as different Environment had different data.

 

When filled the Email Data it resolved the Issue.
