which CMDB branch Ci to use to registerAmazon Locker or BringMe box ?

Hello all,
The config manager of a customer just asked where to store amazon-like automated delivery lockers in the CMDB.
But he is totally allergic to custom classes....
I was thinking to register it currently under cmdb_ci_facility_hardware (they don't use the class and its childs) but he said "interessant, but it's not under IT."
Is there any "official"cmdb extensions for such devices coming with plugins related to supply-chain, delivery, FSM,...?

Hi,
Depends perhaps on the use case for how these devices fit into processes. But maybe you can find something in IoT or OT.
