Hello Everybody,

I wanted to share a useful add-on that helps you to route all your SAP-related incidents to the relevant Assignment Group. This can reduce ticket resolution time and better optimize service desk processes, as you don't have to manually assess every incident and forward it to the relevant group (like SAP MM, FI, CO, Basis, Security etc.).
