Hi @FernandoUrrutia - No. I believe Apex is specific to Salesforce only. It's unrelated to ServiceNow ITSM and not part of the CIS-ITSM training.

I just CIS‑ITSM in just two weeks! Used CertsLab about 80% of the real exam popped up in prep. It saved time, boosted my confidence, and cost much less than other options.

@vonadil When you say you scored 94% is that on the actual exam or the class exam? I don't recall seeing a score when I took the CSA, just Pass and Fail (luckily mine said Pass :). Does the CIS ITSM actually give you a score at the end? What is passing, 70?

That was a spam post, hence the fake percentage. As with all CIS exams, you don't learn your score after passing the CIS-ITSM .

Cleared my CIS ITSM exam 90% of the questions in the real exam came directly from ITEXAMSPRO
