Esignature Approval Functionality on Workspaces

The OOB Esignature Approval functionality is available on Classic UI, wherein while approving, the approver need to authenticate using username and password.

The same functionality is not available on the Service Operations workspace (SOW) OOB as the UI page displayed for credentials is not compatible with workspace.

This functionality can be achieved on workspaces through declarative actions and making the authentication page compatible with workspace.

I have made this functionality  available on ServiceNow Share as Update set : Link

Hi Ragha,

I tried importing this update set in our PDI/Customer Non-Prod instance, but the Declarative Action is not showing up on sysapproval_approver page of Change Request. However the record got created in Declarative Action for Reject - Workspace and Approve - Workspace. Can you help us if I missed anything here.

@jayeshjoge1 You may need to add those declarative actions to action config of your workspace/table.
