Required Applications, Plugins, and Versions

  • Now Assist for ITSM (version 2.0.2 or later)
  • ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations (installed)

 

Install Now Assist for ITSM and activate the Now Assist Panel

  1. Search for Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM) in the licensed applications and plugins search bar. Ensure you have the latest version (look under Installed Tab).1.png

    1. Install version 4.0.3. If up to date, skip to step 2 Step 1a.png

  2. Navigate to Now Assist Admin > Overview Step 2.png

     

  3. From the home page select Settings and go to Now Assist Panel. Turn on Now Assist Panel by selecting ‘Turn on’ Step 3.png
