Outcomes: Learn how to enable Now Assist for ITSM and the Now Assist Panel.
Required Applications, Plugins, and Versions
- Now Assist for ITSM (version 2.0.2 or later)
- ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations (installed)
Install Now Assist for ITSM and activate the Now Assist Panel
Watch our Implement in 15 minutes video OR follow the steps below!
- Search for Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM) in the licensed applications and plugins search bar. Ensure you have the latest version (look under Installed Tab).
- Install version 4.0.3. If up to date, skip to step 2

- Navigate to Now Assist Admin > Overview
- From the home page select Settings and go to Now Assist Panel. Turn on Now Assist Panel by selecting ‘Turn on’
