What Is Admin Center?
Admin Center, a part of ServiceNow® Impact, is free and available for all ServiceNow customers starting with the Tokyo release. ITSM customers can benefit from preventative and proactive tools such as Admin Center, an in-instance application that helps admins with self-service adoption guidance and recommendations.
Key features of Admin Center
Admin Center provides a central hub for platform owners and admins to access platform capabilities, discover new applications, and gain intelligent, actionable insights. There are several key features you should know about:
- Adoption blueprints: Get application recommendations organized by business objective.
- Easy setup and configuration: Access centralized, step-by-step guidance for administering ServiceNow applications.
- Maturity model: We use a Crawl-Walk-Run maturity model to help guide you through levels of progress toward reaching your business goals.
How to get started
Admin Center is in your instance already, so head there to get started. You must have an admin role assigned to access Admin Center.
We recommend that you start with these adoption blueprints first:

- Deliver extraordinary employee experiences, resiliency and productivity.

Once you select an adoption blueprint, the following tracks for the recommended applications and features will show up:

The recommended applications and features have been arranged in order of impact for the purpose of giving you a measurable result. These applications can also be referred to as crawl, walk, run, and fly phases respectively. We recommend that you consider the current needs of your organization along with the suggested applications.
