We can say that it provides both SaaS (in the form of ready made applications like Cognibot etc.). If any organization wants to create their own application using OOB then ServiceNow provides a NOW platform to deploy this application. In this case ServiceNow provides PaaS. In some cases ServiceNow provides IaaS in integration with Microsoft Azure. So we can say that ServiceNow is heading towards Everything As A Service (XaaS).

Thanks for the post! You've raised some interesting points about ServiceNow. It's great to see the platform evolve and offer more and more XaaS services. If you're interested in learning more about SaaS analytics, I'd suggest taking a look at this blog post from https://blog.coupler.io/saas-analytics/. It covers the basics of SaaS analytics and how to get the most out of your SaaS applications. Due to it, I started to use SaaS analytics a few months ago, and I am delighted with that.
