This is the community space for the ITSM Pro workshop on Virtual Agent - NLU component. When the session begins, we will provide a link that allows you to register for a ServiceNow instance. You will use that instance to work the lab for this workshop.

PS - the lab we are executing was written for Orlando. We are working on Rome instances. There are a few differences in navigation. Those are described in the attachment.

Jan,   Getting this message when trying to disable the default Greeting card and enable my Lab Greeting Card.

Another published topic is already using NLU Model 'Setup Topics Model' with NLU intent 'Greetings'.
