Working on section 8.0 - Virtual Agent Simulator, and receiving a message regarding availability of the NLU Service when accessing the NLU Workbench and also when attempting to save my new intent:

I just started the simulator today.  Do I just need to be patient, or is there something I missed?

I have Now Learning Support looking at this one.

That's good.  Also be aware of browser issues that can affect behavior as well.  What browser you are using, are you on a VPN/Firewalls/etc, and remember, this is a simulated environment.

In this case, Support needed to repair the NLU Settings behind the scenes.  I did not have access to the Lab Management module in the simulator.  All good!
