Fix: We tried the workaround they have mentioned i.e creating Business Rule to fix this, but unfortunately that did not work in our case.
Resolution: We did a clean and fresh installation of MID Server and configured it with LDAP server in the instance and it worked in our case. The error message is not appearing now.
