Hi everyone,

Background info:

All users are authenticated through Azure SSO

Problem: After the Geneva update, our mobile users are unable to login via ServiceNow mobile app. Inside the app, after selecting the desired instance, the app will redirect to the standard login splash page (shown below) when really it should go our authentication site. This was working just fine through Fuji but not it does not. Any idears or suggestions? Thanks

It doesnt seem like you are experiencing an error, but maybe this KB can help ServiceNow KB: Using ServiceNow mobile app with external authentication (KB0564232)

Hello Binh. We had exactly the same situation you explained with your question.

In our case we got   it resolved after we activated the Multi-Provider SSO plugin (Integration - Multiple Provider Single Sign-On Installer).

Once the plugin is activated, you will have the Multi Provider SSO on your left hand navigation. Once we enabled it, it migrated all our SAML 2 SSO properties and metadata to the new provider. The migration was pretty much transparent to us.

I hope this helps you too.

Thanks.

Hi Fernando, Did activating Multi Provider SSO fix your mobile app login issue? If yes was there any special settings had needed to set to make it work?

I have Multi Provider SSO enabled but I get a blank white screen when I select the instance. It does not prompt for user name and password and it does not redirect to the IdP.

Hi Jonathan. In our case, activating Multi Provider SSO was all we had to

do. Prior to the activation we were been taken to the login page (SSO was

not working).

By the way, in case it makes a difference, we did this in Geneva Patch 3,

Hotfix 2.

Thanks. Fernando.

We have the same problem. We did activate the Multi Provider SSO and when launching the Mobile App it give the same screen you are seeing. When I turn off the Multi Provider SSO it does take me to a log in screen on the Mobile App.

The Multi Provider SSO does when when I try to use a browser on either the phone or desktop/laptop.

Hey everyone,

So in my case, in addition to activating the plugin and setting the Enable Multi-Provider SSO property to "true,"   I had to set the "SAML 2 Migrated" Identity provider to active=true. When I enabled the Multi Provider plugin this was not active. Lastly, I had to set the value of the glide.authenticate.sso.redirect.idp property to be my "SAML 2 Migrated" Identity provider's sys_id. Once I did this, the mobile app redirected me to the correct landing page. Hope this helps.

I was running into the same issue. I enabled the Integration - Multiple Provider Single Sign-On Installer and saw that my SAML 2.0 settings had been migrated. I thought all was well but found that I needed to do one more step. Under Properties of the Multi-Provider SSO I had to check the box for
